Many organizations just need a simple, affordable way to enter and update requests for support from internal or external customers. QUAD Help Desk is just that - simple and affordable. QUAD Help Desk 2011 has been redesigned but includes the easy to use features that made it popular. Ideal for a single user taking calls for support, the program is multi user ready at no additional costs and features login and procedure security so you can limit staff to seeing only calls assigned to them. The new mini web server can be run on the same computer as the windows desktop application. This will allow internal customers on your LAN (Local Area Network) the ability to quickly enter a support request using only their web browser. You can then update and report on the request using the desktop interface, or login with the user name of boss and password of boss (changeable by editing a test file named login.ini in the web folder) and view and edit all your customers requests in your web browser. There is no additional cost for the web interface. No annual maintenance or subscription costs. As easy as 1-2-3 so the new version introductory site license is priced the same way--$123, unlimited users.
