Add support to search Python 3.0+ reference documentation.

Python3 Search is an extension for Google Chrome. This extension adds support to the Chrome omnibox to search for and autocomplete reference documentation from the Python 3.0+ API Reference. To use the extension, type "py3" followed by a space in the omnibox, and continue typing your query. The extension should offer completions for your query from one of those sources.
