I started using ProProfs Knowledgebase after we received a lot of complaints from our clients regarding the delays in customer support. We created a help site using the knowledge base for our clients and an internal knowledge base to keep information central, it has been a great decision for our organization. I wanted to reduce my customer support cost by creating a help site for my users and ProProfs Knowledgebase came to the rescue. I was able to create FAQ site without any support from IT, it saved a lot of money and also reduced my customer support tickets which eventually reduced my expenses!

It served me all the purposes, so for me, there was nothing that I disliked about this product.

It's not necessarily a con but would have loved it if they had an app. But their mobile responsive version works great for our users.

We wanted a private knowledge base so that only our end user would see it and we needed single sign-on for all our users. We wanted to prevent the general public from accessing the manual but wanted the knowledge base stem to allow our authorized users to accessing the manuals without entering their credentials. ProProfs single-sign on feature really worked for us to simplify the process.
