Developer’s Description

If you are a person living with Cystic Fibrosis or COPD you may find this app helpful to self monitor your health.

If you are a person living with Cystic Fibrosis or COPD you may find this app helpful to self monitor your health. Designed for a research project, now being shared more widely, the app assists tracking of FEV1 & FEV1%, temperature and weight. It also collates self reported measures around wellness, cough frequency and haemoptysis. *SP02 can currently only be captured via a Nonin 3230 Oximeter.

With a Bluetooth Vitalograph Lung Monitor the app will automatically connect to capture your FEV1 and FEV1%. If you are using a different spirometer, use the manual entry feature to capture these measurements in the app.

If you have a Fitbit that supports resting HR, activity and sleep, you can connect your account to Project Breathe app to additionally capture these.

Collating this data will enable you to build a picture of your current health as well as monitoring health data trends over time.

If your clinic is already linked to Project Breathe you can consent to automatically share your data with your clinical team. If your clinic is not yet connected, to enhance remote clinics consider using your smartphone screenshot functionality to take images of the app and share these with your team.
