Make sure the setting is "ON"- Check the item "Private Notes" in the menu below. Make sure the setting is ON- Start Private Notes againFor IOS 6.0 or above- When Popup window asks ["Private Notes" Would like to Use Your Current Photos] >> You must select "OK" to allow the app to access your Camera Roll.- If you've accidentally selected "Don't Allow" in the previous step, or no popup at all, you may fix it by:- Quit the Private Notes- Go to Settings General > Privacy>Photo. Make sure the setting for Private Notes is "ON"- Start Private Notes again
