  In contrast to the above reviewer, I found their support quick and helpful

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it does freeze up our computers, too. According to the developer, "Printer Guardian does not support SP2 at the moment", so we'll have to wait or find something else.

  Pros

  couldn't get it to work on three different machines, so have not seen any "pros".

  Cons

  Product froze after installation, no customer support. Has anyone been able to get it to work? There aren't many options for print cost tracking in this price range, so hope they get this figured out.
