Not good if using on huge network with active directory

verry hard to setup on several domain environment, verry hard to add credits to a group of users if the user belongs to several groups.
Summary
We got the version 9 of Print Manager plus and is verry hard to setup in a multi-domain environment with users members of serveral groups. (users member of a group are not getting credits applyed) I'm sorry we bought this and don't recomand this to anybody. (painfull to use) Spend to much time with help desk to solve too many issues ... and still not working as expected. We are using Pcounter for Windows now.. WOW that is really easy to setup and use... and WORKS GREAT!!!

Pros
Easy to install and easy to run. Fantastic control over printer usage over a network. It is easy to set up restrictions by user, group and printer. Great for schools and medium to large organisations.
Cons
Runs only on Windows server but can track from any OS.
Summary
Well worth the cost if your organisation does a lot of printing. Best for schools and anywhere you need to track and reduce printing costs. There is a newer version too that is worth the trial download.

Its trcking option is the first priority for me. It is decision maker tool for the professional.
