Customize and display a presentation countdown on your desktop.

Presto's Presentation Timer is a simple countdown timer that sits in the corner of the screen and lets both the presenter and audience know how much time is left for the presentation. You may configure the time, opacity, border, and font from a right-click menu. Moreover, the timer can be programmed to stay hidden until a certain time is left, or become more and more opaque as time runs out. The timer always stays on top of whatever applications are running.

Version build 1.1.2444.30417 automatically saves settings for future use, new option On Timeout -> Restart, automatically restarts timer when it expires, supports user-specified timer values, and support for playing custom sound (.wav) when timer expires.

Does exactly what I need

Pros
Has pause, Start, I can Hide the boarder, set for any time I like, it can be moved anywhere on the screen, and I can change the font and size. It stays on top which is very nice for placing over a power point slide.
Cons
Have to have 10 characters of Cons, and I cant think of any. :)
Summary
Very Good little program. Would be nice if the color of the font could be changed and perhaps a hide after count down. Over all I like it very much. Does what I need it to do.

Pros
Apparently it has a transparent appearance capable you to use it simultaneously in Powerpoint. I couldn't find any softwere like this. Could any one please let me know how to solve the problem? <p>If some one knows a similar timer please let me know via: vghafarian@yahoo.com

I tried to download and install the timer softwere but couldn't. all the time there is a message as: <p>"To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .net Framework: v2.0.50727 <p>Contact your application publisher for instruction about obtaining the appropriate version of the .Net Framework."
