• Got a virus the first time we used. Keeps crashing us!

  Nothing goes here.

  Also, when you contact them, they're in CHINA, and they pretend they don't speak good enough English to help you, but it's a total lie because their site is in English, this description here is in perfect english and every fourth or so support email (lol!) is in PERFECT english so they totally understand; they just refuse to help. Report a problem > Suddenly they cant speak english. WORST EVER SUPPORT!! Also, you'll send them 3 questions, they only answer 1...actually they don't even answer 1 of them, they just throw like 7 words down on 1 line basically saying who cares. They say recipient only needs Powerpoint Viewer installed in order to view the presentations. HOGWASH!! We found out after a year or two that what customer needed was the FULL version of Powerpoint. Lost a LOT of customers because of this program. Even with full version of Powerpoint, we and customer continue to experience crashes with the program, which takes weeks away from our work.

  Summary

  We even had our support requests translated into Chinese for them, and they STILL sent back 1 line answers, pretending they didn't understand, and the 1-line answers CLEARLY showed they didn't give a you-know-what about their customers. We asked them why this doesn't work on Vista or Windows 7 etc and they said something like "it work on Vista or Windows 7, you need to find out why it doesn't". Or, their favorite, when they really don't want to help, if you write them "the program doesn't work (and then you detail everything), they write back (example): "what is the meaning of "doesn't work""? or if you write that the program doesn't even open, they write back "do not understand. What is the meaning of "does not open"? Experts at stonewalling. Gives a whole new meaning to the great wall of china. So I leave with this one last question, "What is the meaning of "Worst Program Ever"?"

  Pros

  The .EXE file does not require a PowerPoint to be on the same disk.

  Cons

  The .EXE DOES require that a PPT Viewer be on the same disk. The Viewer can be downloaded FREE, however.

  Summary

  I am pleased with this product, even with the CON listed above.
