Poor linux & php support. Bad outsourced tech support.

Pros
All of the tools you need in one place and some useful solutions and add-ons.
Cons
They offer no tutorials, documentation at all on how to set it up in Linux. Tech support is outsourced to a far away land - with the usual cut and paste replies, or ones that are irrelevant to your issue as they just do not understand the product.
Summary
Avoid until they sort out the linux support and bring tech support in-house. You are totally on your own in evaluation of it.
