The little utility allows suppression of Window's Balloon Tips, often so annoying while using, for example, wireless networking. Tips like 'Unable to connect to preferred wireless network'. These 'helpful' balloon tips can make working in a Wi-Fi area unbearable, as a user must manually close each one, or wait for them to timeout. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

You can make this change yourself if you feel like messing with your Windows registry file - I didn't - this little program made the change in under a second. Piece of cake. NO MORE ANNOYING BALLOONS. THANK YOU!!!!
