Great Game...Terrible support

Probably the best 3D pool you'll find online.
Cons
Software support sucks.
Summary
Poolians is a great game but unfortunately support is sadly lacking. The first 2 times I paid for a premium membership I had to contact support to have it activated when the activation link they sent didn't work (even though it states on the site that activation is instant). Currently, I have a dispute open through PayPal because they never activated the account at all after my payment was received...That was 12 days ago! They are ignoring all attempts to resolve this and now I just want my money back. It's really too bad because they have a great product but absolutely no business sense when dealing with customers. Buyer beware.
It's a very good game, I recommend it.

- small client size - great interface - nice graphics - realistic - no advertising

10$ per month for a premium account which is needed for some features to unlock.
