Good Product-Shaky Support

Pros
Product has a friendly UI and does most of the things you might need it to do. Plus, the price is right.
Cons
Tech Support is not so good. No phone support and time difference for US customers makes it tough to get anything resolved quickly. Documentation is weak and support reps likely to tell you to just upgrade your DB even if you are on a supported DB.
Summary
Risky choice for organizations of any size. May be OK for small, departmental use.

Pros
This product have similar interface like same popular web enterprise application as I can see. <p>In addition, this is a full functional free version, not free to try. I saw this on Polar web site that this free version has one named license. In addition, for more licenses you have to buy. <p>I try this installation on MS SQL 2005 Express and working very well, but this information not exists on Polar web site.
