Cuts out the Apple for Windows users.

Easy to use, fast, cuts out all the Apple's jumping through hoops, especially if a Windows user like me.
Cons
So far, no cons.
Summary
I got tired of trying to make all the ITunes stuff work with my Windows 7 computer and my IPod Touch that I wanted to copy music onto from my hard drive to use in my car. So I searched for a solution and found it with PodTransPro.
Worked almost perfectly...(used free version)

Pros
I used the "free" version to move ~50 song files from iTunes to iPod. Simple to download...simple to operate....fast.
Cons
I used the free version to move some files from iTunes to a iPod that was "synched" to a long lost computer....I transferred 46 songs in two events. Both times a couple of songs did not transfer. After 2-3 tries they all moved over. Admittedly, my "task" was not particularly challenging.
Summary
With the exception of a couple of old iPods, I think I'm finally "done" with Apple. The idea that I could pay hard earned money for music files and NOT be able to copy them to a storage device I also own without the sturm of losing my stuff because of some sort of "synching" procedure is incredible. I like to buy stuff, own it, and take it where I wish...when I wish. If I were to continue to used iPods and other Apple products there is no question I would buy the software

Pros
I had almost 4000 music files on my Classic IPod that were rapidly analyzed and transferred to ITunes library. Two files failed. My 16 movies also rapidly transferred. I then used ITunes library, selected, and copied these files to IPod Touch 5.
Cons
I just bought and installed it today, ran it, and completed the transfers rapidly. No cons encountered. Reviews I read knocked the transfer rate as slow or not working, and I worried about this. I backed the Classic IPod data to external hard-drive before purchasing PodTrans and this gave me 5 bad files that I deleted on IPod before trying the PodTrans.
Summary
I found PodTrans Pro to be excellent in transferring music and movie files. I will know more about photos, contacts, etc when I match my IPod Touch to my IPad 2.

only 29 items transferred and 5576 skipped! I paid for this program because it was "so easy". To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! Save your money and/or use a different transfer program!

I took a 1st generation Nano that was ages old and unloaded all the music off of it with no problem. I just assumed because it was so old no software would support it-but hey...PODTRANS said it would work on any Ipod, and it did. Also took a second newer Ipod Touch and snagged all my friends tunes too. My ITUNES 11 window opened and I'm not sure why that happened when I plugged in my devices,but I closed it out and continued without it. I made two new music folders, and it appears that all the music transferred safe and sound to my PC. I didn't make and playlists with PODTRANS prior to transfer as I'm not sure of some of my friends taste in music, and I may want to delete some of it once I go thru it all. This was a great, super fast program. I checked the company out and liked what I read online, and was willing to give them a try. I'm not at all disappointed-good job and kudos go to the program gurus!

I just bought a new ipod nano 7 and want to copy all songs from old school ipod shuffle onto the new one. This software helped me transfer all tracks (about 400+) from old ipod to the new nano in just minutes. Really appreciate the work!
Cons
If it can play music on my computer, probably I will quite iTunes from now on.
