Pluto Pro is an easy to use GTD Application. Pluto Pro is placed in the Menu Bar. Always at your hand - never in your way. It's a major update to the old version... I've completely rewritten the whole app and now you can really call it an integration with iCal. You can now make changes in iCal, with Mobile Me and on your iPhone and they will also be changed in Pluto Pro and if you want, you can also allow iCal to delete ToDo!s in Pluto Pro. Also I've build in 'three views' for the ToDo!s - so you can now choose the one that fits your workflow and also adherents of David Allens 'GTD-Style' will find a new tab called 'Contex' and ToDo!s can applied to such a context or a project - or even both and of course you can search and filter for almost everything. ToDo!s can be tagged (currently I am working on an auto-complete option). You can now print a complete list of all your ToDo!s and you can also drag & drop them to any other open application (that also works for your notes). Of course you can also copy notes to your clipboard and you can export and print them and if you need it - write them in a nice fullscreen view. Major goal for this version was to fulfill your requests and to speed up the interaction with Pluto Pro... I hope you will like this new version!

Developer seems a little derranged; red flag? IDK, sounds sketchy. I can see how one might find this a tad too big for it's intended purpose, but I digress.
Since when did a Cadillac start to pass for a HUD?

I?m simply not one of those users savvy enough to leverage a HUD that requires a second display to accommodate it's size. My GOD! I could deploy the whole of Africa as a task HUD and manage to save more room that this bit jerky!</p> <p>The sizing options under the application's preferences are great for a laugh! I mean seriously, this is what there is: <br> <em><code> <ul>Size:</li> <li>Default </li> <li>Wide</li> <li>High </li> <li>Wide </li> <li>High</li></ul> </code></em> <br> "High?" "Wide?" What the hell is that supposed to mean to me!? Could these options be any more ambiguous and altogether worthless!? What ever happened to clicking and dragging on a window to resize it?</p> <p>Most of the Pluto Menubar preferences don?t really offer anything that can be seen as ?preferred.? Either they hardly offer any real choice at all or they're so ambiguous you have to waste your time experimenting to figure out what they are.</p> <p>Thankfully my gigantic Pluto HUD doesn?t remember the last position I had it opened to on the display. I love constantly fidgeting with stupid little things right in the middle of my work!</p> <p>Are developers that out of touch today that it's too far beyond their comprehension to hire Interaction Designers (IxD) these days? If nothing else, then at the very least they ought to try and wrangle up their own little focus groups; preferably not their own families and friends either. I'm ticked I has to waste my time futzing with this thing because the developer is too cheap to farm out the usability portion. What a waste of money too.</p>
