Let's get those chopped tomatoes into a bowl ready for the rest of the ingredients. It wouldn't be a pizza without some garlic - crush those bulbs and add them to the tomatoes. Season with some black pepper and a dash of olive oil, salt to taste and add some oregano for extra flavor. Now get out your wooden spoon because it's stirring time again! Mix it all around until it's rich and dark and smooth.
Spread your special sauce all over the pizza base, make sure you don't leave any gaps!
And now it's time for the cheese, but there's so many to choose from - Cheddar, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Fontina, Burrata, they're all so tasty... Why not have them all!
And now it's time for everybody's favorite moment - toppings time! But choosing the right toppings is a very skilled job, and only the best pizza chefs can do it. Now's your time to shine!
