- Filter Out Duplicate Comments. Considers 1 Comment Per User on Video

- Doesn't Include Video Owner Comment and Like In Random Comment Generation (Obviously Who is going to Conduct Giveaway Should Not Be A Winner)

- While Picking Max Liked Comment, If there are more than two users have Same Number of Likes, App will Randomly Declare A Winner among them! So Every User Have Equal Chance Of Winning.

- Link is placed to Verify the Winner is Subscribed or Not!
