PieForge: Pizza Dough Planner for Android

PieForge: Pizza Dough Planner is an Android application designed for home bakers and pizza enthusiasts, streamlining the pizza-making process by constructing a backward schedule from a chosen meal time. This innovative app organizes each step of dough preparation, including mixing, proofing, and baking, ensuring that pizzas are ready to serve precisely when needed. Key features include baker's percentage tools for precise ingredient scaling, support for multi-day cold fermentation, and an oven management system that simplifies the cooking process for multiple pizzas at once.

The app's core functionality revolves around its reverse timeline feature, which eliminates the need for manual timing calculations. The interface is designed to focus on timed steps and alerts, catering to those who prefer a structured approach to meal preparation. While PieForge excels in delivering predictable results, it is most effective for users who appreciate detailed planning and precise workflows.
