Stopped working in 2012 even though I had purchased.

None because it doesn't work at all anymore and support isn't answering

these people took off with my money. I purchased the software and it worked fine until I started having access violation errors and then lock ups and solid crashes. Initially they would come out with updates. Then they simply stopped updating, fixing, and responding to support requests. the Picmarkrpro support email wasn't being answered. I have sent repeated emails since 2012 and once in 2013 I received an email from a foreign account stanislove_22@list.ru offering me a refund. I never got a refund and I haven't gotten a response. (emailed again in January 2014) I Can't open a BBB Claim because I don't know what country they are located in and they don't have a physical address. I have now contacted MyCommerce (September 2015) who handled the purchase and have asked them to issue a refund or help my prove my purchase. the software itself isn't downloadable via the link on their website anymore either. they charged us all for a lifetime license with updates but this is what we got.
Summary
DO NOT use this software and whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE A LICENSE.

None, there is nothing good about it

It doesn't work - can't download the program. I paid 39.99 for it. I contacted them and they haven't answered my email in a week. There is no phone number to call either. A waste of money!

I cannot use the software - when I try to watermark my pictures, I get errors similar to this: Access violation at address 004CEFAD in module "picmarkrpro_v1.0exe". Write of address 065D7DAC. Access violation at address 775C8DA9 in module 'ntdll.dll'. Write of address 00000014. Do not waste the $ - Hard lesson learned for me.
Wow! Makes watermarking your pictures a breeze.
