- It automatically renames your pics with the date and time that they were taken, which is REALLY useful if you need to combine pics from several iphones, in a chronological order (i.e. after vacations you'd want to combine all the pics that you and your friends took with their iphones). The process is to use Pic Send to to select the pics that you want from your Camera Roll and Pic Send will send them by an email that you choose. If all your folks do the same, then you can download all the pics in a folder at your computer and if you order them by name they will appear in a chronological order. Moreover, if you use any file renamer (I use Advanced Renamer), you can rename the pics that were taken with your pocket or DSLR camera, save them in the same folder where you saved the iphone pics and have all your holiday pics together arranged chrnologically
- Cons
- It only works with Iphones. It doesn't work with Videos. If you select a video with Pic Send, you will receive in your email a .jpg file with the the cover image of your video.
- Summary
- Pic Send does something that is really useful and that I couldn't find in any other app. It saved me tones of hours to be combining pics from different iphones.
