Pic Frames includes plenty of cool collage frames, but it's not easy to make your pictures look great inside of them. The app's zoom is really hard to use, which could be a major deal-breaker for many. If you don't mind taking all of your pictures perfectly to make your collage look great, the app has all of the other things you'd like from a collage-making app.

Pic Frames lets you collect multiple photos into one of 48 different photo frames. Though there are a good number of frames, there are only a few for each number of pictures, so the number of photos you have will make most of the choices for you in this app. Once you've picked your photos, you can edit them, individually. The app lets you add dozens of effects or one of several overlays to decorate them. You have to be able to touch all four corners of a picture to zoom in or out, though. That makes it tough to get the picture down to size so it looks like it belongs in the collage. Once you get it adjusted, you can save the picture or share it to one of several social networks from inside of the app.

Pic Frames offers all of the things you'd look for in a collage-making app, but some of them are way tougher to use than you'd expect. It's pretty impressive that the app packs so many goodies into an ad-free app, though. That alone makes this application worth the download.
