  This is the first program in 10 years I download from Cnet I label time-wasting. It does absolutely nth. at all what the author describes -- well, it can rotate picture left or right, transform the picture size into A4 or A5 and no other size. It does not even has a crop option, the save as function is grey out.... I visit the author's website. There is no offer to upgrade to a more-feather version. This Cnet version was first available since December 2012 !!! I wonder why this program size is 6.29 MB large when all choices it offers numbers no more than 30 when counting OPEN as 1 choice, in preference you can choose 1 of the 5 languages. So I count that as 6 choices, you get the idea. To depressing to write further.
