The visually striking game combines a scavenger hunt with a Hawaiian trivia quiz. When you launch Photo Hunt in Hawaii, you'll see a list of items you need to photograph, including waterfalls, vegetables, and the famous Lahaina banyan tree. Every time you take the correct snapshot, you'll be asked a trivia question about Hawaii; if you get it right, you earn more cash. Browsing the map lets you hop to all four of Hawaii's major islands to complete your quest, where you'll see beautiful, nicely animated pictures of such famed spots as the Haleakala crater, Pearl Harbor, and Hana. While you can adjust the volume of the narration and realistic natural sound effects, you won't find many other customization options to speak of. Though younger players most likely will find this game the most challenging, it also can be beneficial to those who want to learn more about the islands and take in their beauty.
