Easy way of keeping track of phone numbers and addresses. All in one place.

Pros
Personal Knowbase is small, but there are better freeware alternatives to this
Cons
It lacks so many features that today we come to expect as standard. eg. documents cannot include images and there is no spell checker.

Pros
t is a great tool for the academic work. It facilitates the tasks of routine (like entering new same registries that will use keyword) and flexible to adapt to diverse types of sources.
Cons
It would be excellent that could handle images and concern documents in PDF format.
