Secure and lock folders with password.

PenyuLocker software to secure and lock folder with password. Unauthorized person cannot view the files in folder and cannot even open the folder without the password. PenyuLocker will protect any sensitive files or information from any unauthorized person. Once locked, the folder icon will change to recycle-bin icon but it will not affect the protected files if you empty the recycle-bin. To unlock the folder you will need the correct password.

Doesn't work on Windows XP. Company site dead

It's free. Useless, but free. Makes a nice waste of space

Summary
You double click on the folder, it tells you to lock or unlock, but neither does anything. Not sure if this is only an XP issue, but the company's website is dead, so my guess is, don't waste your time
