Been looking for a package like this for a while and others a just so expensive but I really like this. The support is great as well as I asked many questions and got really good answers.

Good product but only if you buy the full version

You waste ages downloading it, adding MINIMAL data then it will suddenly announce that to add any more you need to buy the full version. They also try & sensor comments like this on websites & forums.
Summary
This company try to hook you in so that you have to buy the full version. They deliberately hide the fact that only 5 products can be used for example. I've also noted that my comments on Download seem to get deleted. Hope that is not as sinister as it seems.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on May 23, 2010<p/>Well done for slightly increasing the number of records allowed in the free version & for finally telling people about limits BEFORE they download it. Doesn't get away from the fact that you ONLY did this when you were found out which says much about your company. After spending ages setting things up, the software suddenly announced you could only enter 5 products and would have to buy the full version. Total waste of my time. Why not just PRE-WARN ?

It's free! Comprehensive inventory management software, with many different functions but.......
Cons
Very large program, and unnecessarily over complicated. Does not allow things like customer discounts to be added. Hard to learn the basics of operation, but because the program didn't do what I wanted I didn't delve into all the functions.

Pros
Everything, does everything plus more. By far the best inventory software I have managed to find and its totally free. From tracking my bar codes, to a helpdesk system to an excellent inventory system...i could go on... really good software, :)

Got knock something that is free, I have none
Summary
To summarise, i like it because its free and i have a very tight budget. Its allows for more than one person to use the software if i network my P.C's and its very easy to use. It was worth the download. So many features for free. I have many things that I need to keep track off and this software even has an thing called an Asset Management tool that allows me to track all my hardware and software. Well I am happy with it and I can see I will be using this software for years to come, thankyou to the creators of this program, you have saved me a lot of money :)
Does not setup on Vista 64

It looks promising and it's free.
Cons
Could only get part of it installed on Vista 64 OS. Not sure if it is installation that has an issue or that it doesn't like Vista 64. Some extra downloads and processes have to be done during installation, which can be tedious or annyoing.
Summary
If the setup issue can be sorted, this package looks like a good and professional solution.

Pros
I have been looking for a business software for a while now and most others are really expensive. Found this one and its seems to have everything (and more) of features that i need. Its a hidden gem. Support is really quick as well. Its a life saver. Really like the bar code feature for my stock products.
