Convert PDF documents and images to text using OCR.

PDF OCR is a simple drag-and-drop utility that converts your PDFs and images into text or searchable PDF documents. It uses advanced OCR (optical character recognition) technology to extract the text of the PDF (or image) even if that text is contained in an image. This is particularly useful for dealing with PDFs and images that were created via a Scan-to-PDF function in a scanner or photo copier. Supports over 20 languages for OCR. The OCR engine is based on Tesseract. The Community Edition supports single page PDFs (or the first page of multi-page PDFs). For multi-page PDF support you should upgrade to the Enterprise Edition. Community Edition supports image files and single-page PDFs. For multi-page PDFs, download the Enterprise Edition.

Never-ending conversion

Really unknown.
Cons
Last version, 2.0.8 (only version tested) takes forever to convert a simple one-page, 18 lines of text, 256K, scanned file. Tried with several kinds of pdf document, even some of them not really scanned but generated by a PDF printer. Not a single one was able to convert successfully, all of them lasted for minutes when not hours, until I had to cancel the program each time with no results. Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1.
Summary
I have uninstalled it. Rated with one star because this system doesn't allow to rate with zero stars, which is what a non-working program deserves.

It is nothing but BAITWARE. It will only convert 1 page pdf and it doesnt do it well.
