PDF Hyperlink Updater for Windows

This tool lets you perform a bulk update to hyperlinks embedded in PDF documents. You can select an individual PDF or multiple files within the same folder. The application will search each hyperlink for the entered search term and if found replace with the replacement text.

The trial version allows two links to be updated within a single PDF file.
