- almost any software copy protection scenario can be accomplished. - easy for implementation and flexible on activation. - on the market for almost 20 years. - support for non-standard applications. - great customer support.
Cons
- each license comes with limited period of free updates and tech support. Once this period expires, you may continue using the latest version but all subsequent versions will require valid subscription which is not mandatory and can be extended at any time.

Every year you have to pony up $200, or they won't answer questions. Even though the software doesn't change much, you must be up-to-date with the tech support. So, if you're willing to pay that amount EACH year (imagine if every year you had to pay hundreds to use Microsoft Word), then by all means. . .
