It would have been nice though to have more standard presets (German passport, driver's licence, UK documents etc.) instead of having to create those yourself, but anyway -- it's become pretty usable now...! <p><br> Localization (German/French at least) would be a nice touch as well and why doesn't it support standard keybord commands such as cmd-W for closing the active window -- instead of always being forced to click on a 'close' button...?! This should be basic stuff actually...!!

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Although the program purports to allow you to resize pictures, it doesn't. The "standard" passport picture size is NOT standard US passport size. However, when you create your own picture size and attempt to save it, the program still prints out your "new" size in the program's default passport size. Disappointing, so I didn't send $15, which I was willing to had it worked in demo mode.

Recently we had to fork out Ã‚Â£20 ($40) on a family's worth of passport photos and if we had had this it would have saved us money. However, this is not why I want it. I am a professional photographer who has steered clear of offering passport photos for the exact reason that someone else has pointed out. I would have to set up a template for myself, jiggle it about, play around in the likes of Photoshop, then worry that I hadn't distorted anything in resizing. I have had a quick play with this and think that the $15 is perhaps too high for the normal household - but for my job I think it is about fair. I would suggest this should be pitched at the professional market rather than the household. I can't afford a proper Passport Polaroid camera system for the odd person coming in - but with this I would use the computer and printer already in my studio and have my money back within two sittings. I will probably buy this.
