Parken's Host app allows users to rent out empty parking spaces for Parken's Guest app users. This spaces can be listed within the Host app according to specific dimensions. This app works in tandem with the Parken Guest App.The Guest app allows users nearby and elsewhere, who could be looking for a spot to book one for parking. The space listed on the Host app is thus made available to them on a pay-and-reserve basis for the specified time slot. Host app users can simply download the app off The App Store, provide the basic details, list their space(s) and start earning.Being a Parken host, users get to decide the rate for the spot on a per hour basis. Everytime a spot is paid for and booked by a guest user, the amount is credited to the listed bank account of the host. Users can track payments through the in-app feature. Both the Parken Guest and Host apps have a real time chat feature for users to communicate with ease. In three easy steps, hosts can start making some extra money on the go without having to worry about anything.
