This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
There seems to be many negative comments about Pando, and that's cool. Everybody's experience is different. I've found Pando to be stable, and does what it says it will do. It's a little bit on the slow side, but since I'm using the free version I have no complaints.
Minus a star and a half for the annoying frequency of updates posted to VT. I'd rather have them make a forklift upgrade once a week or two rather than these tiny iterations. Unless the update corrects a severe problem with the software, I don't need to be notified of your work every day.

Good software; not good on customer service

Pros
Does its job well. Subscribed to premium for a few months for a project I needed. But one beware...
Cons
Then when October renewal for November subscription was completed I followed directions to cancel. Sent a cancellation email as directed on November 3 and received a renewal debit notice on November 21. Sent an email and attached previous email. Response: your order is cancelled, but no return can be made. Wrote again with the relevant emails attached. Response: "Thank you for your sharing". It's not the small amount of money, it's the principle and maybe it's Digital River's fault but this is why we users get fed up with customer service.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
When it says "No adware, no spyware ... no, really" in the description, it obviously doesn't mean it. There is an ad banner at the bottom of the window, and the name "Pando" is all over it.

I wonder what they consider adware...

The interface isn't even very easy to understand!
