PageComposer is designed to bridge the gap between proprietary prepress system and the desktop publishing world. This application allows you to convert TIFF/IT, TIFF/IT 8.8 and Scitex CT/LW files (amongst others) into PostScript, PDF, PDF/X, EPS, DCS, DCS2, TIFF etc.It also allows you to RIP PostScript or PDF files directly into TIFF 1-Bit, TIFF/IT-P1, TIFF/IT 8.8 and Scitex CT/LW or NCT/NLW on any PowerMacintosh.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Excellent tool for those that still embrace a raster based workflow. The CT/LW to PDF module is superior to Scitex PDF2GO. PC is significantly cheaper, and the performance is better as well.
