none at the moment, but looking for port saved to ini file (and last IP used)

It creates ICMP and ARP packets easily.
Cons
For my needs it was far to limited in the packet types I could create and the rate at which I could send packets. I've been using packEth very successfully on a Linux system and was looking for something with similar functionality that would run under windows.
