Test and secure your network from various attacks.

This utility is provided to help network administrators to test their network, by using ARP cache poisoning, and generate ICMP packets to send over the LAN. The main idea is to allow administrators use this kind of software to secure their network to several known attacks.

This utility can also redirect switch based network traffic. It is possible to create a own made IP packet in which you can edit IP header or every ICMP field. Version 2.2 has memory leaks correction and better reliability.

It creates ICMP and ARP packets easily.
Cons
For my needs it was far to limited in the packet types I could create and the rate at which I could send packets. I've been using packEth very successfully on a Linux system and was looking for something with similar functionality that would run under windows.
