  Pros

  It is very user friendly entering the data. It has great notification on duplication of clients. It is easy to search a record by last name etc. I would recommend the product it is new and I feel it will get better each year.

  Cons

  it is difficult to create reports on information you need. It reports case head but not information on the children or other family members. I would like to be able. I would like to create a report on a monthly total for volunteer hours.
