• Very Poor support

  Cheap Relatively fast

  Can only be installed 4 times and if you forget to UNregister it when swapping / updating a PC you must buy another copy.

  Summary

  I've used this for years, paid the price, installed and used it for years. Not the most important piece of software but comes in handy. Over the years I've switched PCs and re-imaged and even changed OSs. I never once gave this software a thought - till I hit the 4 time limit. After installing Win 7 64 by wiping out Win 7 32 I was surprised I could no longer install the software. I hit the 4 time limit. Sorry, this was just not on my mind when I setup the new OS by blowing away the old one. Seems you must UNregister before you can install again, and I can't unregister it because the old OS is gone. Emails to their support have gone unanswered.

  Cons

  archiving a cached mode profile may not delete email from server (just create a non-cached mode profile)

  Summary

  Once in a while a product comes along that does exactly what it says it will do in a fast, reliable and price-friendly way. This is a slam-dunk for anyone looking to efficiently archive bloated Exchange inbox's or cut PST files into reasonable sized chunks. Exchange / Outlook is unfortunately prone to generating huge PST files and inbox repositories that become corruption magnets and the built-in tool for handling (auto-archive) simply can't handle it. IT pros will have no problem using this application and it is still user-friendly enough for most end-users. Microsoft should buy this product and incorporate it into future versions of Outlook.

• Works Very Well / Better than Outlook's Archive

  Pros

  Archives to PSTs, unlike others that export to proprietary formats. Intuitive UI. Offers preview of what will be processed (# of messages to be archived, size reduction in MB, etc.). Enables filtering, excellent status indicator during process.

  Cons

  Nothing comes to mind.

  Summary

  Works as advertised. Exactly what I needed. Very happy!
