Designed and built by Microsoft interns, this app simplifies the process of creating SVG-based icon fonts, with web and app designers in mind. Start with an existing font, and use the app's drag-and-drop interface to embed SVG icons into the glyphs you specify. See the README on GitHub for detailed instructions.
