  The player worked well for the first show I watched and has never has worked again. It just says each channel is "temporarily unavailable," and temporarily seems to mean (almost) always. Also, the pricing was very deceptive. The website said I would be charged a 15 dollar fee for access, but then billed my credit card $62 - $15 on top of a $42 fee that wasn't mentioned (I went back to the website many times). Also, this charge was made blindly - i.e. they did not give a confirmation screen with the charges before you accept like all reputable websites do. You only find out what they charge after they have done it. I think this product is mostly a scam. My recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

  Nothing. Sometime, I can watch TV, but some free web offer same function for free.

  Cons

  I cannot turn off the system. There is no button to push to finish the software. The soft ware is very slow and most of times, I cannot watch TV. Worst is the member website. The "password forgot?" does not function. No mail is sent from them.

  Summary

  It is like just taking money away from us for nothing. I would like to get money back, but I cannot contact them. Technical support is outsouced service.........

  I could never get it to run correctly. Customer service is almost non existent. It has been 4 days and I haven't heard from them yet. I am trying to cancel. They only give 7 days to cancel and get a refund.

  Summary

  The application hangs up and I have to go to task manager to close it. I have contacted customer service with no response (except the automated one}. There is a $9.95 "service fee" so I can't get all my money back. I feel like it's a rip off

  Someone else wrote that this borders on a money scam and that's not true. It is a money scam. I'm seriously worried that they have my credit card number. They talk about quick service but all that means is they send you a generic "how to access the guide" message every time you ask for a refund. I know how to access the guide I just don't want to. There is nothing on here that I can imagine anyone would want to watch. I'm sure they made up the positive quotes about it. The video they do have is of terrible quality.
