Does not work right AND NO SUPPORT

it is free but still not good

I tried to file my taxes on here...kept gettting many different rejection codes that literally made no sense. I knew my info was right. On a whim I went to hrblock, did their online returns and they were accepted right away with no problems. Also I emailed support at OTP for help and never got any response.

Easy tax filing which supports new deductions. Recommended to family members.

Lots of paperwork, but this is common with income tax software.

It is cheap.
Cons
The program is hard to navigate through and I made the mistake of not checking my paperwork before submitting and found later that my deductions for the state did not include 3/4 of them, so I lost money.
Summary
I am going back to H&R Block or try Turbo Tax next year. Stay away from OTP.
