Must have MS Access to operate; difficult uninstall

Other people liked it, although I think most of the reviews were written by the same person.
Cons
Multiple downloads required to install Program doesn't work without MS Access (not disclosed) No Uninstall Add/Remove Programs leaves 4 folders behind that must be manually deleted
Summary
I know downloads.com screens for malware, but this one may have slipped through the cracks. The program loaded from download.com prompts for an additional "support" program to be downloaded from another site. The support program then tries to install MS Access, which I don't have. None of the documentation up to this point states the MS Access is required. I cancelled the installation and tried to uninstall the program, but at least 4 folders were left behind after using Add/Remove programs - no uninstall program was provided. This was not only a waste of space, but of time, since now I have to hunt through the computer and clean up the detritus from this download.
