• Extremely poor recovery & ZERO customer service/support

  Pros

  Gives you a preview of files before recovery. Might work okay for photos but can't confirm as that wasn't my need.

  Cons

  Trials seemed to find more files than registered version. Previews look better than recovered files, recovered video files were choppy and unusable. Also only managed to recover short videos of under 1min. When asked for support and emails managed to get through they replied slowly and without actually reading the problem and only repeated info that can easily be found on their site- so essentially useless.

  Summary

  Don't waste your time on this product. Try Coolmuster instead.
