Oblique Strategies is a card-based method for promoting creativity jointly created by Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt, first published in 1975.

Each card offers a challenging constraint intended to help artists break creative blocks by encouraging lateral thinking.

They can be used as a group, or as a single card when a dilemma occurs in a working situation. The card is trusted even if its appropriateness is not quite clear.
