OBD dash.free is a free app designed to help diagnose car drivability issues via OBD. It supports the most common usages for the vehicle's on-board diagnostic (OBD II) system: view live sensor data (SAE J1979), read and clear active diagnostic trouble codes (DTC). This app has no expiry date. Important notes for Windows 8.1/RT users: Due to a bug in Windows RT/8.1, when pairing the Bluetooth dongle to the tablet, please use the desktop to check hardware installation progress. Please wait until the hardware detection/installation finish on the desktop prior to launching OBDdash app. To use this app, the car needs to support OBDII standard. In addition, this app also requires an ELM327 (v1.3) dongle (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi). Please note due to the variations in implementing the OBD II standard by vehicle manufacturers and hardware differences among OBD dongles listed on ebay/amazon, we can not guarantee this app to work with all dongles on all vehicles.
