A. It normally takes 24 hours to process and approve new user profiles as we carefully review all information for any inappropriate content. Users with misleading information may be permanently banned from our service.

Q. Is Facebook account mandatory to create a Noondate profile?

A. No, but Facebook log-in is recommended to fully optimize the service we provide for our users. For instance, logging in with Facebook allows users to avoid being matched with Facebook friends.

Q. Would logging in with Facebook appear on my wall or newsfeed?

A. No, we guarantee your privacy at all circumstances.

Q. I didnt get any cards today.

A. Matches may be not available sometimes depending on your location, interest, and preference settings. Keep your options open to receive cards every day!

Q. How do I get better match suggestions?

A. This depends on the personal information provided by the user. The more and detailed your profile is, the better the match based on your key interests and similarities.

Q. Can I use the service on the web?
