NM Pics lets you browse through hundreds of photos taken in New Mexico featuring the amazing geography and interesting landmarks found there. Browse by category, or just scroll through the latest additions to this collection of photos, each offering another breathtaking image of this beautiful state. Whether you're from New Mexico and want to reminisce, or you just love to look at amazing photos, this app is full of great stuff to look at.

When you open the app, a screen pops up explaining briefly how to navigate through it. The screen is covered with thumbnail-size photos, and you can scroll through them in any direction, or tap on one to enlarge it. From an enlarged image, tap for more information about the scene, share to Facebook or Twitter, email the image, or swipe to move to the next photo. When you're on the thumbnail screen, you can switch the category of photos you're browsing by tapping the grid icon on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. This brings up a file of categories you can shuffle through to find what you're most interested in. Categories include New and Noteworthy, Albuquerque area, Northern New Mexico, Southern New Mexico, NM sunsets, NM architecture, NM events, NM artists, Breaking Bad, and NM Memes.

The photos in this app are really beautiful to look at, and the intuitive and sleek interface definitely enhances the user experience. The app is free, and there are no ads, although there is a page where you can purchase a New Mexico calendar, follow a link to a Breaking Bad Instagram account, or learn about local New Mexico businesses.
