Nixie will allow you to view real time upload/download per-process traffic measurements as well as get a description and the risk assessment of the processes running on your computer. Use this smart software to easily control which processes start automatically when Windows loads and see which processes have been using the network, how many data they have sent or received, and when. You will also be able to ban processes--and Nixie will kill them automatically whenever they start. Briefly, Nixie is a smart and effective solution created to simply offer you with all the information you need in order to get to know your computer: what is running, who is using your bandwidth, and if everything is as it should be.

What iv'e been looking for in a free version

Pros
ITS FREE! I have been looking for a program that can monitor each Process's network utilization and be able to kill them.
Cons
It has too much stuff on the process page, even when you limit what you see it still shows more then you need to know. You cannot control how much bandwidth each process gets or even stop it from accessing the network
Summary
Avast (latest+updates) did NOT detect any virus in this program!

Pros
1) Looks good,much better then competitors,, 2) Works! used it at work to monitor bandwidth of our application. 3) Cheap!
Cons
takes it some time to load.. took way too much cpu on my old computer (not a problem on p-4 though)
