What iv'e been looking for in a free version

Pros
ITS FREE! I have been looking for a program that can monitor each Process's network utilization and be able to kill them.
Cons
It has too much stuff on the process page, even when you limit what you see it still shows more then you need to know. You cannot control how much bandwidth each process gets or even stop it from accessing the network
Summary
Avast (latest+updates) did NOT detect any virus in this program!

Pros
1) Looks good,much better then competitors,, 2) Works! used it at work to monitor bandwidth of our application. 3) Cheap!
Cons
takes it some time to load.. took way too much cpu on my old computer (not a problem on p-4 though)
