This software rocks, Nifty Stats is a tool for every webmaster who wants to have instant overview over earnings and statistics in his or her affiliate programs.

Portable version, E-mail notification of every new sale, E-mail notification ? daily report, Verification of the sponsors payout
Summary
I like all functions, there ( in the database ) is over 600 affiliate programs, so I can just select my favourite affiliate program and start checking my affiliate sales from subway :)
