To see your page you need to make sure port 80 or the port you've designated is open through your firewall, router, to the outside world.

Look for a port prober online to see whether the port you're using is indeed open.

If you have multiple computers on your home network you will need to set up your router to forward the port to the ip address of the computer that the server is set up on.

To see your page you need then to plug in your external ip address in your browser that can be found at a site like ipchicken.com

If you purchased a static ip from your isp it won't change otherwise it will vary over time depending on the settings of your isp(internet service provider).

If you wan't to have something like mypage.com you can goto dyndns.com or no-ip.com and if you follow their directions get your site on the web even with a dynamic(changing ip address) with no or little cost depending on what you want it to do.

If this isn't straight forward you can look at my site. emeraldweb.gotdns.com if you catch it up of course. I tinker with it at times.
Cons
I wish you could have different security permissions unique to each folder you select to be available, not just having one id and password for everything.

Pros
An extremely easy to use layout.
Cons
I got it working fine, but could only see the web page on my own computer. I tried to get my friends on to it, but they only got an error. this leads me to believe that it is only being shared as far as my network, if even that, and not to the internet like i wanted. If anyone has any suggestions, i would apreciate it.

NetworkActiv is very user friendly compared to other existing web servers

Pros
The web graphical user interface can be quickly modified. There is no need to learn Html, just read the instructions and you will be fine.

The feature of right clicking the mouse over the "Folder Path" / "Alias Name" to "View folder in web browser" was a nice touch.
Cons
Port numbers can be changed from 80 to port 443, but unlike other Home Web Server's the HTTP does not change to HTTPS.
Summary
Good , But not as easy as other Webservers

Summary
Easiest Web Server Software!
kjmzcanada
Pros
At first when I looked at NetworkActiv it looked kind of sloppy. Once I pushed some buttons and it explored it kept on getting easier. One thing I had to do was configure my router to my computer and I did it easily. A second later my web server was up! I registered a domain and I have a great website now!

All I can say is don't judge a book by it's cover.
Cons
The software looks kind of sloppy and you have to get used to it. The start and stop buttons are kind of confusing and it's hard to set it up to just minimize it to system tray. It's worth it though.
