Enable your mobile workforce to connect without the need of DHCP servers.
NetSwitch is a tool that allows your mobile working force to move predefined networks without having to go through the hassle of contacting the Helpdesk to manually change IP Address's. DHCP servers pose a risk to your company network allowing visitors to connect to your network by just connecting their device. This tool allows you to enable your workforce to connect without the need of DHCP servers or DHCP helpers at each location. A choice between which network adapter can be selected to apply a profile on. There are two groups that can be selected for network profiles. The first group is a list of profiles that are designated for the single individual user of a specific IP on a specific network. The Second group is designed for network administrators to regularly update via script or gpo which allows users to visit other networks based on predefined network settings. The proxy settings can be adjusted and configured here along with the network status settings. Two files that are found in the program folder are the XML files that can be configured in MS Excel or Notepad. You can add up to 5 networks in each file.
