Good software, excellent support

Pros
Bought this software. No regrets: software meets expectation, I can monitor on ip/port/services and mutliple. I send an e-mail to change mij license because of a change in my network. (After my upgrade periode expiration) (Servername changed) Within the hour i got an updated license and everything is working fine again! E-mails were very customerfriendly too..

Very easy to install. <p>Configuration was quite simple as well. <p>Gives you many options for notification when a network node is down. <p>The ability to add custom sounds was a neat feature as well.
Cons
Although the program worked well, there wasn't a whole lot to it. The interface is not as pretty as some of the other network monitors out there.

Pros
Solved our problem of monitoring multiple sites for downtime. Different methods of contact and reporting (email mainly) makes it very configurable. So many options regarding check time and reporting allowed us to tailor it to our needs.
